TIP History

Chloe Miles – HR Assistant

"I joined TIP Trailer Services as a Human Resources Apprentice almost 5 years ago. Since then I have completed 2 Business Administration NVQ’s, a level 3 CIPD and I’m approaching completion of a level 5 CIPD. I worked my way up in my role being taken on as a Human Resources Administrator following my apprenticeship and later moving into a Human Resources Assistant role. TIP have fully supported me throughout my career and the opportunities given to me have allowed me to grow professionally. I am proud to be a part of TIP Trailer Services!"

Lucy Turpin - Customer Service Specialist

I was employed by TIP Tanker Services in 2014 as a Business Apprentice, completing a level 2 and 3 in Business Administration. This enabled me to progress further in successfully completing a Level 3 in Leadership and Management. I have found all employees throughout the company to be friendly and helpful, which helps make coming to work more enjoyable.

TIP is extremely pro-active in ensuring all employees are given the opportunity & support to develop their skills and further their careers. These skills have helped me achieve the position as a Customer Service Specialist and I believe there are plenty of opportunities to further my career within TIP if I wish to do so.
