Transparent and flexible

TIP’s maintenance solutions are designed to give you maximum flexibility. Our standard maintenance rates include all-inclusive fixed rates for most standard maintenance operations related to MOT inspections, equipment checks, EBS/ABS diagnostic, the servicing of brakes, axles, suspensions, signage, electrical components, reefer engines, tail-lifts, or regular body repair work.

If desired, billing for maintenance contracts can be consolidated in single monthly invoices with fully itemised work records to streamline administrative workload and costs. Maintenance rates can also be contractually agreed. For instance, they can be contractually harmonised across multiple locations or agreed on a volume/spend basis.

How can I found out if a trailer I saw on TIP Used is still available?

All trailers that are presented on our website are available for sale. If we have already offered the vehicle to another customer don’t worry we have a wide range of different trailers with the same specifications available across Europe.

How many units do you have with similar specifications?

Normally we have many of the exact the same trailers, but on the website you will only see one. Please contact us in case you need more trailers with similar specifications and we will provide you with the best offer.

What are the terms of payment?

We are working with immediate payments: trailers need to be paid prior to delivery. Payment terms can be arranged with our local sales representatives.

Are the prices gross or net?

All the prices shown on this website are excluding VAT (net prices). Local VAT will apply with the purchase.

Full service

For all our short-term rental agreements (shorter than 365 days) full service is included. That entails servicing, tyre replacement, axle and brake parts replacement, refrigeration unit parts replacement, other parts replacement and Roadside Assistance.

Roadside Assistance service from TIP means you can rely on us to provide full support for your rented equipment, 24/7, at any location you require assistance.

With our damage protection service, your rented equipment is protected against additional costs resulting from damage, fire and even loss of equipment.

Pick up and return

For your added convenience you can pick up at the workshop nearest you or we can arrange for the delivery and pick up of your rental equipment as part of the rental agreement.

Our equipment is used to move all kinds of freight. We expect normal wear and tear and do not penalize our customers for putting our fleet to work. We expect and accept there will be some new marks, scrapes and scratches that are normal for the length of rental. We value your business and we treat our customers as we would expect to be treated.

Can I rent a trailer that is higher than 4.0 meters?

It depends on the country where you are located. European Standard Equipment is 4000mm based on 5th wheel height between 1120 – 1150mm. These are the official European Height Regulations per country:

If desired, billing for maintenance contracts can be consolidated in single monthly invoices with fully itemised work records to streamline administrative workload and costs.
