Job Description
NATIONAL TECHNICAL EXPERT [M/F/X]
MISSION
Under the responsibility of the COL you are responsible for the management of the technical activities of the company. Your role is to develop, organise and implement an appropriate, efficient and uniform fleet maintenance policy on TIP branches and external workshops at national level.
You are responsible for developing appropriate customer-reception/vehicle-repair management processes in the TIP workshops, in line with the principles established by the company.
You also carry out
visits / audits in TIP and external workshops, check the compliance of the processes with the brand procedures
both pre- and post-sales technical support and perform a break-down analysis related to the fleet
You provide technical support available both to workshops and the rental business.
Other responsibilities include:
ensure compliance with all operational and maintenance policies and procedures, as well as compliance of activities with regulations and ensure compliance with EHS policy
Make sure workshop teams focus on customer service quality
Interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and get useful feedback, propose solutions to solve customer problems if necessary
Support in the development of the network of suppliers; external workshop network development, support in the selection / choice of suppliers for owned workshops
Share the best practices
Participate in the technical definition of the branches investment choices
Participate in the development of the maintenance plan in agreement with the rules established by the brand and identify with branch managers the areas of improvement and implement corrective actions and take advantage of growth opportunities and cost control
Ensure sustainability, ensure compliance and good technical condition of vehicles on rent
Comply with ethical standards and all applicable rules
Create team culture to facilitate meeting customers' needs and achieve the desired results

Excellent communication skills (oral & written) for both internal and external interlocutors

Excellent analytical skills to make informed, objective and structured decisions
Ability to prioritize workload, be organized and meet deadlines and remain calm in all circumstances
Good sense of negotiation and ability to conduct discussions with customers and suppliers
IT savy with Pack Office, Outlook, Fleet management and maintenance system. Ability to modify reports to process and present information based on responsibilities
Flexible and adaptable approach to change
Proactive and exemplary/positive approach
Great understanding of the concepts and procedures for rental, leasing and maintenance
Ability to take initiatives in the application of its functions and to bring innovation, possess a sense of autonomy
