MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Reporting to the General Manager of the MED region (France, Italy and Spain), you will be co-responsible for the Regional P&L and product line profitability. You will contribute to formulize the Regional business strategies and plans.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide leadership and direction to the operations teams

• Promote an environment of empowerment, respect and trust

• Develop Regional customer centric organizational structures and programs to deliver service excellence

• Develop the Regional operational strategy, investment programs, network and plans to ensure that the Operations team have the operational capacity and capability to meet short term and long-term requirements of the regional plan

• Monitor performance objectives, initiate and drive Regional programs to ensure that the Region operates optimally

• Participate actively in the EHS community and promote safety as a core value

• Ensure asset management to maximize profitable utilization through equipment availability and equipment redeployment

• Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

• Develop forecasts and ensure cost tracking and closing procedures are properly executed

• Provide technical and pre-sales support to Regional and Sales managers

• Plan and prepare annual budget for Maintenance & Repair and Opex costs for the Country

• Share knowledge with other Countries and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as Operations Leader or equivalent position

• Expert in industry's rules and regulations

• Expert in P&L management
